Can not de-register and register a new license

Hi. We had a license, but 2 environments (Development and production).

By mistake the license was used first on development, so when we tryed to update production, it said the license was already in use in another domain.

Ok so we bought another license, because we need the two environments running all together.

The problem is, when we try to de-register the license on PROD environment, in order to apply for the newly bought one, it keeps saying "Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page"

(the difference between domains is because prod - dev differences).

Anyway, how can we successfully de-register the theme on PROD so that we can apply the new license there? Thank you.

OK I finally got this using this link to de-register the first key

Hello,

first, please deregister the license from the dev and then from the prod website.

Then you will be able to register it again using different keys.
