Extended warranty is not honored

I've checked my license number at https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and it shows as expired.

Hence I can't update to the newer version of Betheme However , when I check the status of this license on theme forest I can see that I have 3 month left.

My user name at theme forest is "akarpov".

Could you, please, advise?

Hello Anton,

only the support of the theme is time limited. The updates are lifetime and you do not need to worry.

What happens when you update the theme in wordpress? Do you get an error? What is it?
