text animation

Hi, I have text animated on my home page header for drjenfaber.com. You will see that the words "live your bucketlist" are animated. When I view this on desktop, it looks great, but not on mobile.

I don't see a way to remove the animation for mobile. I only see a way to have that layer not be visible on mobile. Is there a way to turn off animation for specific devices? Thanks!
