Change the order of the elements in the Muffin Blog Element

I would like to change the layout of the elements on the muffin builder blog element, but I can not find the necessary php file (or an other way). can you give me a tip? attached you will find a view of the elemnts that i wants to change. I hope you can help me.

sorry but this is not possible to achieve with theme options. You would have to modify the theme code.
