Force Regenerate Thumbnails for Portfolio Sections not Working

Hello, 

I have uploaded new pictures for new portfolio items and have used the force regenerate thumbnail plugin but after repeated tries, the portfolio page and portfolio sections of the homepage still have the images in their original aspect ratio instead of being uniform and consistent (see screenshots below).

Could you please let me know how to solve this issue so all the featured images from portfolios are the same dimensions on the portfolio page and sections?

Hello,

this could be because the image size you have set in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image is bigger than the actual size of the original image so it will take effect on some of the images.

Please check that.
