removed BEtheme from webpage

Hi, I would like to inform how can I remove theme from my existing page? Because I "clicked" removed theme and delete all my wordpress site from hosting but when I want register this theme on the other page its still not working and write "remove your theme from previous webpage" thanks a lot.
