Blog posts titles dubled

1. I find that when I write the title of the blog post - it appears twice on the post:

https://www.adiareus.com/cuando-algo-arde-en-nuestro-interior-y-aun-no-sabemos-que/

2. Also, I'd like to know how to change it so the heading  says "Blog" and then the title of the post, below, as the smaller one you can see in the link attached.

1) I do not understand at all.

Can you explain it greater?

2) You mean that heading on the footer?

That's the only "Blog" text I can see.
