How to get the sidebar to display above the products in mobile

Hi.

When my shop page responds to mobile, the filtering aspects in my sidebar are then listed at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to move the sidebar above the product listings for mobile?

Please insert that code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > JS
