Show/Don't Show Header and change menu styles

I'm looking at a demo like Loans, and I notice it has no header or menu. Is there a way to add the header/menu to that demo? I really like the menu style on Fix. Is it possible to use that header/menu on another demo or even a new build?

for this demo we used "Blank" template. You can change to default template of course but after that, this won't look the same.
