One page - link scroll

Hi,

I often create links which takes the reader to a particular section. BeTheme by default takes the reader to section with a ''jump''. I would like to take the reader to the section with a smooth scroll. How can I achieve that please?

I know it is possible because I can see it in some demos, like: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/design3/
