Mega menu doesn't seem to work with header builder

Cannot get the header builder to display a mega menu. How do i fix this? I have tried everything (including the guide on your site).

Hello,

The Header Builder is not working with the "Mega Menu" feature, it will work only with the basic headers included in the BeTheme.

Theme Options > Header & subheader > Header

I need a decision. Can you give some extra code to enable mega menu in case when header builder enabled? I use Max Mega Menu. Please!

Sorry, but we did not test this Max Mega Menu with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
