Error message for prebuilt websites

Hi -

I'm trying to use 'Music 2' and I get the following error. 

Failed to import pa_color Black
Failed to import pa_color Blue
Failed to import pa_color Green

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

The odd part is that there are other prebuilt sites that work, like 'Theme', so I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Did you download all of the required plugins to work?

All of these plugins should be set to "Active", as on the screenshot.

Yes. Both are set to active.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the "php_max_input_vars" to min. 5000 value.

After that, everything should be okay.

Bumped it up to 5000 and still getting the same error.

So, I am able to log-in to your website, but I must ask you a question before investigation.

Can I remove all of the theme settings and content provided into the pages? It is important to import the pre-built website.

Sure. I was just doing some testing while you figured out the problem.

Please contact the hosting provider once more and ask him about two things:

1) Logs, ask him if he see any problems.

2) Ask him about increasing the "PHP Time Limit" to 180s, because I just noticed, that your value is really low.

Ding ding ding...we have a winner. Increasing the PHP time limit did the trick. For further reference, it was the ecommerce sites that were having issues (Music2 and HiFi). I'm not sure if it's because of the additional content for the store, but just an FYI.
