Hide Action bar and sliding top control

How can I disable the action bar and the sliding top control ? Allthough I have unchecked all action bar settings, it's still there. I don't need it and need to disable it ?

Hello,

The "Sliding Top" feature can be disabled in the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras

The "Action Bar" should disappear after disabling the ticks and removing text from textboxes in the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar
