I installed a 2nd pre-built website, but the 1st installation is still the actual webpage

Not sure if I need to delete the entire BeTheme and start from scratch, or how to remedy this with the pre-built websites.

That's because you should remove the old demo first.

Hi Pablo, I selected this option and it did not work, this is why I was surprised.

I feel my options are to find another program that can properly remove the previous database, if you can recommend one and how to use it that would be great.

Or to remove BeTheme and start fresh, I could also use help with that if it's the better option.

I'm not concerned about any data loss as I just started trying to make this work on a new site.
