Wrong URL behind "go to homepage" on "Ooops... Error 404" page

I installed wordpress in a subdirectory and changed the settings in WordPress accordingly. However, on the default Error 404 page the link behind "go to homepage" points to the WordPress installation directory URL still instead of the WordPress Site Address. Is this a bug or where do I have to change this link?

You can change the homepage in the "Settings > Reading"

Remember, to create a page in a wordpress first.

Thank you for your answer. However, I investigated a little bit and found out that in 404.php the link is set to "site_url()" which I think is wrong. I changed it to "home_url()" and now it works as it should.
