licensee not working

Hi, I bought today a new Licence for the BeTheme an it doesn't work.

User : Malerhamm.de

Domain: maler-hamm.de

We just want to chance the licence of an old agency.

What do you mean by 'not working'

Is there any error message while providing it into the license key field in dashboard?
