BeTheme Theme Options Problems

Hello All,

I've got a freaky problem.

Sometimes - too often for me - if I have changed my Theme options and then want to save them,

a download of an "options.php" starts, while my changes didn't saved.

Do you have any idea?

I can't use the theme if I have this serious problems all the time.

Hi,


Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

So, your server properties are fine.

Tell me, did you test to save your theme options while all of the plugins are disabled?

Also, Is your BeTheme up to date?
