We are now re-building the site, replacing the web host, WP and betheme have been reinstalled. using the temporary domain name "uyu4034520001.my3w.com ". 

This error occurred during license validation.CURL error 35: SSL connect error

I previously operated register theme on www.uwootech.com

Hello,

You should contact your hosting provider, because cURL issues are usually related to the hosting provider.

But, you can also try to disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.
