Change The padding for action Button.Css not working

please see the photo. i want to reduce the space was shown at the action button.i have added the css at theme options .but the css not working.

#Top_bar .top_bar_right {

    float: left;

    padding: 0 10px 0 10px;

}

Hello,

Add !important before the ';' sign.

Example: float:left !important;
