Permalink | Category slug linking to 404 error page

Hi, the Portfolio Categories are currently linking to Error pages (404).

Here is an example page: https://graduate.mason.wm.edu/testimonial-item/emily-nuss/

In the breadcrummbs, if you click the category "Featured" it goes to a 404 page. I've updated the permalinks and the error still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Did you set the main portfolio page in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio?

Did you test it with all of the plugins disabled?

Also, please send us a link to that page which is main portfolio page, I cannot find it.

Hi, thanks for your help! The Portfolio page in settings is set to: https://graduate.mason.wm.edu/the-william-mary-difference/ however we aren't presenting it there. Also, I disabled all plugins and ran a test and the breadcrumbs are still not linking correctly.

Hey,

could you try not using testimonial-types as the slug? It could be taken already.

In theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>portfolio try to set the permalinks to a different name.

After that, it is a good idea to always refresh permalinks in wordpress.

To do this, go to wordpress admin>settings>permalinks and just save them.
