Change the word "READ MORE"

Hi there.

I would like to know how to change the word "READ MORE" in the portfolio image when it got hover.

It would be better if it can be changed to not only other word but also the icon.

You can change that string in the Theme Options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio,

There you will find all of the strings available to change.
