The pages keep auto publish to auto draft

I tried to create new page and the new page keep auto publish itself to draft and it keep changing the page name to auto draft by itself . I cant change back the name of the page and I cant publish the page to public

Hello,

1) Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if the issue still exists.

2) Is your Theme and WP up to date?

3) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?
