Bottom page not working properly

Hello,

I really need help. Every few weeks the contact box at the bottom of my page isn't working, as well as the link from the menu to the contact box. At the moment it's working again, but now the background color of my footer is white even though I selected grey. 

There must be something wrong with the code on my website? The name of the website is www.bears-akademie.de

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
