Preview Image in Image Gallery

Hi, I have a Image Gallery and the for the Size Settings I have "preview". 

Now, the Quality of the Images is bad. Where can I change the Quality for "preview". I need this pictures in square on the Website. When I change the Settings in "Large" or "Full size" the Pictures have the wrong Format/Size.

Hello,

To change the size of the default WordPress gallery images, please go to settings>media

Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.
