I want to show the secondary menu in mobile devices but I can't.

Yes in the action bar.

Sorry, my mistake - it's not in the Action Bar.

But, you should use it (Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar), because right now it will look awful on mobile.

If you would like to set a menu to display on Action Bar, just attach your menu (Appearance > Menus) as a "Social Top Bar"
