How to change image top of page!?

BeTheme and WPBakery make everything sound so easy for a novice. ITS NOT!  I have installed 10 pre-built themes.  I want to change the image under the menu / header.  I go to all the ways to edit and it is not anywhere.  please help!!

    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
