I need to show articles of a category but not articles of subcategories

can I use Blog Item of Muffin Builder to show articles of a single category but not articles stored in subcategories of category chosen?

Sorry, but it's made to display all of the items in that category (including the subcategories) because all of them are childrens of that category.
