Ive done all the steps to try and resolve this

Updated, Installed and Activated all Plugins 
Reset Databases 
Reinstalled Theme 
Repeat. 

Nothing is working. 

Please help. I did not receive an email.

    Hi, I was able to troubleshoot this on my own based on previous posts. 
    Sorry for posting Muffin Group..... 


    Anyone who finds this can streamline the process 

    Ask about adjusting your PHP settings - Edit the .ini file in my case with my hosting provider.
    Make sure the .ini file is in the main directory for your website.
