Updating BeTheme causes website to crash

Hi there. I attempted to update my website's version of BeTheme from 20.9.9 to 21.4.4 and when doing so, my website crashed. I do not have a copy of the message that was displayed as I restored my website, however I suspect it may be something with the PHP settings. I am including a screenshot of the Server Environment from the System Status page which can be viewed here: https://ibb.co/g3R2Xhd. Thank you in advance for your help.
