Unable to edit - javascript void error

I am unable to edit items in muffin builder. I am getting "javascript: void(0);"

I deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache, and still it occurs in both Chrome and Firefox.

Is there any update to this thread? I am experiencing the same issue with the BeTheme on GoDaddy

Hi,

The "javascript: void(0)" message is not an issue - it displays even if it works fine - it's a default javascript communicate after preventing default behavior.

But, please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the "max_input_vars" value to 5000 and "time_limit" to 180s.

After that, everything should be okay.

Yes, I already tried it with disabled plugins and we do have the newest version of BeTheme.

So, please take a look at your website source (in firefox ctrl + u), code which will be red means that somethings wrong in the html (you're missing some bracket or quotation mark)

You have to find the issue and resolve it or create the "Contact" page once more, from beginning - but be sure, that you close all brackets/tags.
