Header Background Issue

in Theme Options
In Theme Options - Global - General -  I have placed a default image in the Background section. In your documentation you state you can also upload different header images for different pages using the Set featured image option." 

Either I am missing on how this done or it is not working as I worked on a page (Style Guide - http://latustherapy.com/style-guide/) and uploaded an image in where it says "Set Featured Image" but nothing has changed. What I am trying to do is what is being done on your Manicure Demo website https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/manicure/, where as almost every page has a different Background to it. Any help is appreciated.
