Hi,

I'm using the gallery codes for this page: https://aquaterrapools.com/residential-gallery/

If you look at Canon Drive, Palm Springs Mid Century Modern Pool

There is a photo missing. It's the 277 image

The code reads: [gallery size="full" link="file" style="masonry" ids=“277,278,279,280,281]

But the image doesn't show up. I've had several cases where an image won't show up.

Do you have a solution?

Hello Liz,

Did you check if the image of ID 277 exists?

ID of the image should be checked in the URL while being zoomed in media library.

Also did you check it with all of the plugins disabled?

Hi,

Yes, I check the URL number and also put it in different places in the code and it isn't showing up.

Plus I turned off all of the plugins and viewed the site in Safari and Chrome and the picture isn't showing up.

Any other suggestions?

Wouldnt it be better just to use the gallery item instead of the shortcode? Please just try to use the item and select this image so you can see i it works like that.

If you still want to use the shortcode, try to re-upload this image again under a different name.

Okay, will you be more specific about the "gallery item"? I see Portfolio, and Slides. When I search Gallery Be Theme is just shows the short code method.

I see, so I added the Image Gallery and clicked on images. It lets me select the images and then doesn't show them.

Those have all been done with the short code. I'm trying your Image Gallery idea so all of the images will show up (usually one or two don't render), but when I use the Image Gallery and try to add images I get nothing.

You did not close the shortcode's id tag with quotation mark (")

I've got a website we just finished and it will not load, we have a white blank page. If you add /?123 to the url the page will load. We have done everything including having BlueHost go over all of plugins, links, dns, all the stuff I don't know about. Still a white page. We have turned off all of the plugins and still white page.

I've been seeking help from a WP developer and he noticed some bugs in the theme. I'll attach what he sent me.

The Variety Swatches for WooCommerce isn't working, and I'm mentioning it because it might be related. We have a support ticket to them.

The problem with "Variert Swatches" is fixed with the latest version (25.0.3), you can also disable them completely through the theme options if you use other plugin for it.

About the issue you sent, with the "illegal string offset", we already located the source of the problem, so it will be fixed in the today's hotfix update.
