Hi I bought a new purchase code and I would like to replace the old purchase code of my site with this one. How could I do it?

Hello,

Just deregister the license key through the dashboard and provide the new code.

When I try to deregister the code with the dashboard, it send me this message:

"Please enter purchase code"

But I don't understand where I have to enter the code. 
In any case the problem is that i don't have neither old username nor the old code and for me it's impossible to recover both information.
So I bought a new code and I would like to change the old one with this one.
