Betheme liscence problem

Hi,

I would like to know if its possible to deregister the theme for the site https://aplatsventes.com/. We cannot have access to the old liscence, so we prefer to register a brand new one. 

Also, I have a question. We have a bug with the site. When we try to add a product to the cart when the cart has nothing in it, a blank page appear. If we close this blank page, the product is added to the cart.

Wordpress is saying the theme is up to date, but in the system status, we can see were currently at version 14. How do the theme can be updated? I guess this update could resolve our bug

Hello,

1) Sure, just deregister it from the dashboard.

2) If your BeTheme is version 14, you have to update it.

Be sure that your WP is up to date and your PHP Version is 7 or higher.

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
