Where to Get Slider Revolution Plugin

When I tried to install the Slider Revolution Plugin, this shows up, "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."
Is there a way for me to get the plugin file?

You can also upload plugin manually via FTP. Original plugin files are under betheme.zip/plugins folder.
