How to replace the header and footer content such as the image and the text?

Hi I wanna to replace the header and footer content such as the image and the text. i like to upload a new logo image on the header.

how can i do it? thanks

You can change the logo in the Theme Options > Global > Logo and the footer content in the Appearance > Widgets in "Footer" tabs
