CSS differences between BeTheme Version 11.4 & Version 21.4.7

Hi, we've inherited a site from a customer and it was build with BeTheme Version 11.4. I had a problem where I couldn't make updates via the Muffin Builder, so I purchased the latest version of the theme and that has fixed the updating issue, but it has disrupted the CSS substantially.

As I'm unfamiliar with your theme and if possible, can you have a look at (BeTheme Version 11.4) and the copy with the latest version of the theme (Version 21.4.7) and see whether there is anything quick I can do to fix the styling problems? (Just hoping I don't have to go through it element by element and make each change one by one).

Is it using the font setting from the Theme Options, or is it because it has custom CSS that now doesn't match the selectors?

  • Hi Pablo,

Yes, I followed those instructions. I deleted the old theme and uploaded the new one to replace it, but it had the same affect: some of the fonts are still tiny.

I tried Activating the new Parent theme, then activating the Child (the original developers did use a child theme), but that didn't fix it either.

    I have also created backups.

I've also checked and there is no caching installed.

Do you have any other suggestions?

  • Thank you! Resaving the Theme Options fixed it!!!
