How to change post title size?

Hi,

How to change post title size? On the moment it is h2, but I don´t want to change h2 size, on other areas this is ok, how to change only post title size?

Page isoffline, template I use is dietitian2. Then adding posts, the post title is too big (h2).

found solution, changed h2 size and changed h3 size and put it for another titles.

yes, would like to put action bar info (phone number and etc) to the right side, not left like on the moment. How to do it?
