First of all, be familiar with the documentation of the mega menu:

In the main item, just provide the url for the background, see the screen:

Actually i was thinkinf of this, that every item in the megamenu would have a picture like on that image and on that menu

Sadly, that feature is not possible with the BeTheme.

Our mega menu allows to insert only single image.
