Unable to install plugins, even with cURL enabled

Hi, I'm unable to install plugins such as Slider Revolution etc. 

I checked this forum and find maybe it is because cURL is not enabled. However, even if I enabled cURL (This information is confirmed with phpinfo(); on webpage), I get the same error as below (please note the code is hidden intentionally):

I try to visit URL https://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx-xxx&plugin=revslider on browser, and get 200 OK status code, but with empty HTTP response.

The server and I are in China.

Wish this information helps.

Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

Also, please try to disable all of the plugins before downloading the plugins.

The WordPress is installed on my own server, and the cURL has been enabled. Please check http://118.89.196.96/info.php you can see that the "cURL support" is "enabled", whose version is 7.47.0

I've deactivated all plugins and tried again, it does not work either

Can I download these plugin zip files and install on server manually, with my purchase code?

Looks like it's because I used my domain (uniboard.cn) to register BeTheme but later give up and plan to use IP address directly to provide my website.

I deregistered my BeTheme code on domain (uniboard.cn) using http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and re-registered again, using IP address this time.

Now I can successfully launch the plugin install but... after waiting for dozens of seconds, the browser turn to blank page.

Can you help me successfully install these plugins? Some of them are required according to BeTheme document (https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/).

I can install these plugins successfully now. Turns out, the fastcgi_read_timeout value is not updated in my web server.
