Betheme license problem

Hello, I installed my license to the website "gruposimsa.builderallwp.com", I had an issue with the supplier of the server and I chose to change my hosting & also start to create the web site from zero. I removed the license from my wordpress in that server (or a least that was I thougth) so when I tried to install the license in the new wordpress a message appear and it said which the license was registered already. 

Unfortunaly for me I deleted that wordpress website and  I can not access it so I am not able to deregister that license. :C Can you deregister that license to allow me use in my new website please?
