Item quantities and option to clear cart in WooCommerce not available due to theme blocking

There's an element of
the theme that is blocking WooCommerce Cart Elements, like clearing of the cart
and changing quantity of items. Does your theme have some sort of page override
I can remove?

Hello,

BeTheme is fully compatible with the WooCommerce, but support only the vanilla version of the WooCommerce, if you have installed any extensions you should turn them off.

I cannot connect into your website, it's loading very long and after some time the connection is refused.

Also, did you check if the errror appear while all of the plugins are disabled? (only woocommerce turned on)

Our website is only accessible in the USA, I should warn. We need faster support than this.

There's also no errors showing. It's stuff that's NOT SHOWING that's the issue. I'm being told by WooCommerce that this theme has a page override that's blocking the ability to edit quantities or clear the cart on the checkout page.

Please note: The website is only accessible from these United States. If you have support working overseas or across the border, they won't be able to access. We do this for security purposes.

We also need faster support and response time than this. If you can, I'd greatly appreciate a call - forums are inefficient. I can be reached at 262-787-5345.

unless we can see the website, we cannot really support it.

This is the only method we have for contacting support, the time depends on the amount of tickets in queue. Sorry but we do not offer phone support.

As Pablo already mentioned, we have been working with woocommerce a very long time, and the base plugin version is fully compatible.

Please make sure you test it will all other plugins disabled .

Allow me to clarify. I have two sites up running BeTheme. I've removed the blocks and have confirmed that support is open to Europe. Please follow these links for each shop respectively as there are forwarders in place.

The 1st shop link on checkout works fine. Allows editing of quantities and clearing of cart.

The 2nd shop link is set up the exact same as the 1st, but does not allow clearing of themes. I'm just confirming that there's nothing you can see from your end that seems wrong on the 2nd.

The IP Blocks for EU have been lifted. Sorry about the troubles. Perhaps a VPN can circumvent that?

It works now, but only the "WP2" page, the first one blocked me on cloudflare.

To be honest, we didn't change anything in the woocommerce settings.

Tell me exactly, what you want to change, the layout of the cart page, right?

It looks like you didn't set the cart page because it's redirecting you to the "Checkout" page instead of cart.
