Wait/loading displayed before header image

edited December 2019 in Revolution Slider
I am working on a site for my daughters business. This is my first WordPress and BeTheme experience. The page in question is located at: http://stumptown.stumptownsteno.com/. The website theme used is bistro 3. The header image is generated from Revolution Slider. You will notice that when the image loads the wait/loading bubbles appear before the image loads. The image is on a slide and the loading type is set to 'no lazy loading'.

FYI, I have the same exact content on my local machine and the image loads fine. I compared every setting in it to the one on the server and they are exactly the same. Still get wait/loading image.

Thank you for your help.

  • Hello,
the loading animation is the spinner, you will find it in the general slider options. This is normal is the plugin and always appears. The slider has some time to load itself and its content.
You can only make the image more compressed so it lighter.
You will see in all of our pre-built websites that the spinner appears.
    thanks
  •  I didn't know about the spinner setting until you told me. Thank you for your response.
