speed, slider and header

I am trying to speed up my website. Revolution slider is a big speed offender.

I can't seem to duplicate the page using headers instead of a slider.

one more item please, it seems i have a subheader. how to i remove the grey bar.

    Hello,
    Revolution Slider is very heavy plugin, but unfortunately it cannot be minified in any way - it has a lot of functionalities and getting rid of them(or minifying them) could issue the plugin.
    Also, which grey bar do you mean? Can you show me it on screenshot? Do not forget about sending me a link to your website too.
