Error on product page

Hello, 

I have now updated my wordpress page to wordpress 5.3. After my update I get this error on my product page, on all of my products "Warning: sizeof() [function.sizeof]: Parameter must be an array or an object that implements..... 

How do i fix this problem?

Hello,

Your plugins and theme is really old, also be sure that you use the PHP 7 or higher.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
