DEREGISTER NOT WORKING

Hello, 

I installed on a domain called proctorx.com for testing,  then i wanted to move to "ntheye.com".  I have deregistered at proctorx, uninstalled deleted installation folder... STILL its not installing in ntheye.com  --    I need my license to be released. 

Can you please DEREGISTER - So i can proceed with installation?
