Action Button

I want to have an action button above the menu that when
clicked will open a form.  I have added the
action button using : Theme options > Header & Sub header > Extras
> Icon.  However, I don’t know how to
link the Icon to a Contact Form.  Can you
help?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no way to turn on the popup or show the contact form through the action button.

All you can do is provide a link to the page where contact form is.
