As I see, it's fully responsive.

But, I suggest you to use the Revolution Slider for video background - it's working better and it's more easy in customizations.

Revolution Slider is working on all of the devices - that's why it's better than our section background video - we suggest to use it instead.

Our "Background Video" is disabled for older devices and iOS devices.

Also, if you want to still use it, be sure that you uploaded both versions of video, the mp4 and ogv.
