The problem when verifying a license key

When you check the key, a message appears:.{"error": "no registered licenses for this purchase code and username"} I bought the license in September and everything was successful. I wanted to change the template, but access to the templates for some reason became closed.

Hello,

If this error message appear, it means that your license key is not registered anywhere and you can register it anywhere you want.

Also, this tool is made only for deregistering the license keys.

The license key has earned, but when you change the template remain in the menu offers to buy a theme. I do not see any additional items in the menu setting.

Install the BeTheme, and then go to the Dashboard (BeTheme > Dashboard), there you will be able to provide the license key.
