Problems with forms and re-captcha

We are running into problems on a lot of our sites with the re-captcha and the be theme.  We are getting error messages and on some sites you cannot fill out the forms we have on them for gravity forms and contact form 7.  

The error we are getting in the google chrome console: 

Uncaught ReferenceError: grecaptcha is not defined 

at (index):294

Some websites were saying that it could be a java script issue.  Any idea on how to help?

Hello,

Be sure that you provided the integration code in a proper place, it should be in the Theme Options > Global > Hooks, exactly in the "Bottom" field.

We tested it on our local machine, and it works fine.
